All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 to business days. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Our products are delivered in two ways:
Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address is available for most items, excluding furniture and oversized pieces subject to our flat-rate shipping.
Standard Free Ground: items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 14-21 business days of processing your order.
Priority Shipping: items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 7-14 business days of processing your order
Express Shipping: items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 5 business days of processing your order.
Flat Rate Fee Delivery to your delivery address (doorstep) is for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits. Items ship when available.
Note for all deliveries: Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer as many are made to order, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.
Delivery fees do not include surcharges that may apply to some items. All shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
We hope you love your purchase. However, in the event you change your mind, you have 10 days to notify us for approval before sending it back to us. All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in new, saleable condition with original tags (if applicable) and packaging intact. Custom-made items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. We accept returns for damaged products if notified within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a credit or replacement.
All refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of receipt of the returned item, to the original payment method. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Stroika

RETURNING GIFT CARDS
Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable and cannot be changed or canceled.
